The three-piece set includes a tie, sleeve and and collar, so matter how you fall asleep at your desk you're covered. On top of that, it also doesn't look too different from what you may normally wear to the office (though Popeye-style forearms would make you less conspicuous), so you may even be able to sneak it by the boss".
